Most people who walk into my office didn’t know their deductible was a percentage of their coverage until a monsoon claim made them find out. Didn’t know AZ ranks third nationally in non-weather water damage costs. Didn’t know the carrier could raise their deductible at renewal without making sure they noticed. Didn’t know their solar system wasn’t on the policy. Didn’t know their teen driver had to be on the policy. They learned the hard way. Insurance gets explained to you when you’re filing a claim — the worst possible time to find out what you actually bought.

The agency

The Gebhard Agency is a family business with access to 200+ carriers in our network. The job is supposed to be: explain the policy, find the gaps, fix the gaps, shop the market when it actually helps. The job isn’t supposed to be: pressure you into a switch. Having 200+ carriers to pull from is how I make sure that’s still the job — match the policy to you, not you to a policy.
